Southwestern Energy Donates $25,000 to Local Schools

Press Release: $25,000 Donation from Southwestern Energy to Susquehanna Community School District

On May 9th, 2024, Michael Narcavage with Southwestern Energy presented the Susquehanna Community School District Superintendent John Rushefski and Board of Education President Amanda Cook with a donation of $25,000.00 at the Annual Career Fair organized by the Guidance Department.  The donation is intended to assist with the costs for educational materials to launch STEELS (Science Technology & Environmental Literacy and Sustainability) Science Curriculum.  This would not have been possible without the support of the Susquehanna County Commissioners, State Representative Jonathan Fritz, and Senator Lisa Baker's office.
