The Susquehanna Community School District is accepting proposals for professional photography services for the 2025-2026 academic year. Qualified vendors are invited to submit bids to provide high-quality photography services that capture memorable moments for students, families, and the broader school community.

The Susquehanna Community School District is currently soliciting bids for custodial supplies, general supplies, and sports equipment for the 2025–2026 school year. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in their entirety or to accept or reject individual items listed on the quotation forms.
Bids are managed through the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit using their FIS Bidding System. To be added to the vendor portal, please contact Chelsey Detwiler at Susquehanna Community School District, 3192 Turnpike Street, Susquehanna, PA, at 570-853-4921 ext. 1307 or by email at **cdetwiler@scschools.org**. You will then receive an email with a link to the vendor portal.
If substitutions are made, items must be of equal or better quality than those specified. All bid amounts must include shipping charges. If you are unable to supply an item you bid on, please notify us immediately. No backorders are permitted unless noted at the time of bidding. Please include any required MSDS or hazardous material data.
All bids must be submitted through the FIS Bidding System or received in the Business Office at Susquehanna Community School District, 3192 Turnpike Street, Susquehanna, PA 18847, on or before May 5, 2025. Bids will be opened on May 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., during a public bid opening held in the Administration Office located in the elementary school.
