Susquehanna Community School District is seeking bids for the replacement of one existing steam boiler at the Susquehanna High School. Sealed Bids to be accepted by the business office until Monday, May 15th, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. At that time the district will open sealed bids at a public forum. Contract award shall be on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. at the next School Board meeting.

Sealed Bids will be accepted by the business office until Monday, April 24th, 2017 at 10 A.M. At that time the district will open sealed bids at a public forum. Contract award shall be on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the School Board meeting. A pre-bid meeting will be held April 10th at 10 A.M. for interested contractors. The Susquehanna Community School District is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines.

The Susquehanna Community School District is currently soliciting bids on the enclosed list of supplies. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in their entirety or to accept or reject any individual items on the quotation form.

Items must be of equal or better quality than those specified if substitutions are made. ALL BID AMOUNTS SHALL INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU CANNOT SUPPLY AN ITEM YOU BID ON, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. NO BACKORDERS UNLESS NOTIFIED WHEN BIDDING. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY MSDS OR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL DATA.

All bids must be received in the Business Office, Susquehanna Community School District, 3192 Turnpike Street, Susquehanna, PA, 18847, on or before April 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. At that time there will be a public bid opening in the Administration Office located in the Elementary School.
